Sky-Tag design and develop an automatic system for the assembly and Poka-Yoke of audio panel. For this particular project, the system was required to fulfil components and parts with shape variation, a selection of front panels, sole back cover, LED and varies knobs and buttons, and requirement. The system needed to ensure precise positional accuracy for the knobs and buttons and the reinforcement front panel welding.

OperationDescription

The fixture of the front panel is interchangeable for running model. Operator to manually load front panel, back cover, LED and knobs and buttons for heat stake, pressing, greasing, inspection (button and vision) and EOL testing (illumination and visual). On completion of all process, the completed part was manually removed by the operator.
