An automatic system for the test of processor. The system was built with integration of robotic arm.
Operator manually load and unload a tray of processor each time. Robotic arm is used to pick and place to unload the processor onto the test socket. The tester will communicate with checksum tester for open short testing. After testing, the robotic arm will pick and place to remove the processors and arranged in red rejected and green accepted tray according to the test.
